Submit WWR Event

To publish your event on the WWR calendar, please complete the following form. The event will be published with a generic image until the event is reviewed (safety procedures, etc) and validated.

All events support online entries and online payments. Please supply the entry fees for junior and senior paddlers. If there are any custom requirements please supply and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Online entry forms will generate an email that will contain all of the registration information. This ensures that you get all the information you need when someone registers for the event.

The event will be published as a provisional event (a simple image, event location and date only) until the event has been validated. Once validated the full details will be published. If you do not have all the relevant risk assessments or event promo images, don’t worry – this can be submitted later, it’s better to get your event in the calendar and allow the athletes to plan their season.
