Return of Wildwater Racing Competition in England (non-ranking)
From the 29th March the Covid restriction around organised outdoor events in England are being relaxed. A return to competition is possible if Covid-secure measures are in place.
No spectators are permitted at this stage. This does not apply to carers for people with disabilities, or adults needed to supervise under-18s in a safeguarding role. Where it is necessary for them to be present, supervising adults should not mix with others from outside their household or support bubble, and must adhere to social distancing and legal gathering limits.
Race Organisers wishing to start holding races in England will need to provide the normal risk assessment and currently will also need a Covid plan, authorization will be by the Wildwater Racing Committee.
